At Luxury Apartments, we want our guests to feel at home. One of our representatives will welcome you at your accommodation, hand over the keys, show you around and answer any questions you may have.

Check-in times are from 2pm-6pm, but please let us know if you’d like to arrive earlier or later, as this can be arranged (subject to availability).

As standard, we supply a complimentary settling-in pack of household essentials, including tea and coffee, sugar and milk, biscuits, luxury Cole & Lewis toiletries, washing powder, dishwasher tablets, general cleaning products and washing up liquid, kitchen roll, cloths and sponges. For longer stays of over seven days, your accommodation will be cleaned and maintained weekly, including a linen change and fresh towels.

Welcome food packs are available upon request for a fee, and we’re happy to provide high chairs and cots for children at no extra cost.
