The kitchen has glossy white units with plenty of room to prepare delicious meals on the granite worktop. It’s fully equipped with high-quality appliances and a six-seater dining table with stunning views of the Cotswold hills.
Each bedroom has large sash windows which allow lots of light in and provides a great working area as both bedrooms have desks. The main bedroom has a classic four-poster bed with a fitted wardrobe. The second consists of a double bed with a wardrobe and colourful British bunting for décor, giving you that regal feel.
Down the spacious hallway is the family bathroom which has a large bath with an overhead power shower, and inside the generously-sized cupboard is a washer/dryer, and a laundry basket with more storage to hand.
The third bedroom is a delightful mezzanine room which is just down the stairs from Flat A. This includes a double bed, a TV with Freeview channels, a fridge, microwave and tea-making facilities and an en-suite with a shower. This is perfect for couples, corporate sharing and teenagers because it's lovely and private, but you still have access to the larger apartment too.

Our apartments provide more space and cheaper rates than hotels in the area. In our apartments you will be able to utilise the kitchen facility to cook inexpensively and have the ability to eat what you want, when you want to. Our apartments offer clients a home from home experience. There is also free and fast wi-fi in all rooms, SkY, Virgin, BT or free view TV channels , washer/dryers and parking with all apartments. We provide flexible payments and everything you need for a long term stay.
We require a minimum stay of 2 nights.

Yes, there is a £250 security deposit which is due on arrival. An additional £250 is added when bringing a pet.
The security deposit is fully refundable within a week of depart if the property is left in good condition.
Our apartments offer great flexibility and we are often able to increase the stay of our clients but we recommend you contact us as soon as possible as our apartments are very popular.
Booking terms
Minimum stay is two nights - this may be higher at different times of the year or at particular apartments.
To book a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the booking total is taken. For stays over a month, you only pay 20% of the first month.
Payment is taken in two weeks instalments in advance, and the first instalment is received two weeks before arrival. For stays, less than two weeks full payment is made instead. The 20% deposit paid is deducted off the first instalment.
A refundable deposit of £250 is taken on the arrival, or £500 at certain properties and during the gold cup. If pets are allowed its £500, this is refunded after we check the apartment has been left in good order after departure.
Apartment rules
No smoking in the property. No loud noise between 11 pm & 8 am. No Party's, hen or stag do's.
Pets are not permitted at this property.
Cancellation policy
Stays of less than seven nights LA must receive notification of cancellation at least seven days before arrival. Cancellations received less than seven days will only be offered any reimbursement if the property can be re-let (the deposit will be forfeited).
Stays of 7-27 nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings from 7 - 27 nights at least seven days before the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than seven days before the arrival date LA will apply a cancellation charge of 7 nights accommodation.
Stays of 28+ nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings of 28 nights plus, at least 28 days before the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than 28 days before the revised departure date LA will apply a minimum cancellation charge of 14 nights accommodation.
Non-arrivals will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
